Bosnian Pyramid of the Dragon

So far, no excavations have been carried out at the pyramid, but preliminary geologic investigation confirmed the presence of man-made stone blocks lying beneath soil surface.

Field research conducted in 2007 and 2008 near the Dragon Pyramid revealed the existence of other ancient structures in the area:

• one small 10 meters high step pyramid made of artificial stone blocks
• remnants of a megalithic hill were located just a few hundred meters from the small step pyramid
• a second 50 meters high step pyramid was discovered during construction works of a modern villa

The Bosnian pyramid of the Dragon, together with the other two, Sun and Moon, form the perfect triangle with the distance of 2.2 kilometers.
