The Archaeological Park: Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation is a non-profit, non-government and non-political organization.

It was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with  the aim of preserving the cultural heritage of the country.

The Foundation is governed by an all-volunteer the Board of Directors. Financing is through sponsorships and donations.

The Foundation's first project is to excavate and preserve the many monuments, tunnels,  and artifacts in the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids, making the Foundation's work the biggest geo-archaeological project in Europe.
